2. Information We Collect
Personal Information:
When you express interest in our Services or register to use them, we require you to provide personal contact information, such as your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (referred to as “Personal Contact Information”). When purchasing the Services, you also need to provide financial and billing information, including billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within your organization using the Services (referred to as “Billing Information”).
Data, Diagnostic & Login Information:
Using ReviewMate’s Services, you will be able to create, upload, store, and share information such as company descriptions, email IDs, logos, photos, custom emails, and user email IDs (collectively referred to as “Data”). This information will be stored on ReviewMate’s website. If you encounter technical errors while using the Services, we may request your permission to obtain a crash report along with certain logging information documenting the error (referred to as “Diagnostic Information”). This may include your Operating System version, hardware, browser version, and your email address, if provided. Additionally, certain login information is maintained in a cookie stored locally on your computer to streamline the login process (referred to as “Login Information”).
Analytics Information:
As you navigate ReviewMate's website and use our Services, we may collect information through tools such as cookies and Web beacons (“Website Navigational Information”). This includes standard information from your web browser (browser type and language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on our website (such as pages viewed and links clicked), collectively referred to as “Analytics Information.” Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on user visits to our website and others. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Ads Settings or by visiting www.aboutads.info.
Geo-Location Information:
ReviewMate does not currently collect real-time geo-location information while using the Services but may do so in the future with your permission.

ReviewMate uses the information it collects for the following purposes:
Personal Contact Information:
To administer our Services to you and provide updates and product announcements. We may also use some information for marketing purposes.
Billing Information:
ReviewMate does not store Billing Information on its servers. We utilize a payment provider, Stripe (www.stripe.com), to handle all payment-related transactions. You can find Stripe’s privacy policy here.
Data, Diagnostic Information, and Login Information:
Solely for the purpose of administering and improving our Services.
Analytics Information:
We may use your Analytics Information in conjunction with analytics services such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze usage, for technical administration, and to improve functionality and user-friendliness.
4. Sharing & Disclosure of Private Information
Third Party Applications:
ReviewMate allows users to link their Data to third-party sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Such linking is at the user's discretion, and ReviewMate is not liable for how these sites use such links.
Marketing and Publicity:
You agree to permit ReviewMate to identify you as a customer and use your name and/or logo in our marketing materials.
Sale of Personal Information:
ReviewMate does not sell, rent, or trade your private information to third parties.
Service Providers and Business Partners:
We may use trusted third-party companies to help us provide, analyze, and improve our Services. These third parties have access to your information strictly to perform tasks on our behalf and are bound by obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy.
5. Internal Uses of Your Personally Identifiable Information
ReviewMate will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information, you may delete your account.
Please be aware that there may be a delay in data removal from our servers, and some information may persist in backup copies. Please note that there are no refunds for services; however, in some cases, we reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time.

If we decide to make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you via email or post those changes on our homepage prior to their effective date. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date email address for you and for regularly reviewing the Privacy Policy.
